Internationally chi energy students train in this unique experience of molding light into a tangible form. Chi Energy Students build up the body's nerve fibers with a special procedure which increases their metabolism with an energy exercise called nerve fiber building (NFB).
Nerve Fiber Building is a twenty minute sitting low aerobic exercise which helps your body create
flow patterns causing a buildup in the capacity of the nerve fibers throughout the entire body. NFB increases the ability for the body to communicate electrically. It does this by helping each cell's sodium/ potassium pump work better than it normally would work. These electrical charges emit thousands of bio-photons that can carry up to 4MBs of informational storage. It is this informational storage capacity, which can be filled with particular attributes.
Students in the school learn to raise and lower their inner body's temperature. By learning to cool down their inner temperature and combining it with a good feeling, students are able to project this energy out of their body. A Sodium Potassium Pump Fact:
"When the body needs to send a message from one point to another, it opens the gate. When the membrane gate opens, sodium and potassium ions move freely into and out of the cell. Negatively charged potassium ions
leave the cell, attracted to the positivity outside the membrane, and positively charged sodium ions enter it, moving toward the negative charge. The result is a switch in the concentrations of the two types of ions - and rapid switch in charge. It's kind of like switching between a 1 and 0 - this flip between positive and negative generates an electrical impulse. This impulse triggers the gate on the next cell to open, creating another charge, and so on. In this way, an electrical
impulse moves from a nerve in your stubbed toe to the part of your brain that senses pain." Here is a short animated video on how the sodium potassium pump works.

Students learn how the sodium/potassium pump works in the school. The nerve fiber building exercise that they learn to perform directly impacts the performance of the individual cells to work in a more positive way. The flow patterns they learn by performing that exercise causes more of a current of
energy to go through each cell improving performance. Students that go thru this regular process of performing the NFB exercise see a noticeable increase in their energy levels. If you're in an energy method that has plateaued, then maybe it's time to check out the School of Chi Energy.
